Queer Chronobiologies (title TBD) is an experimental documentary that responds to the lack of information, technology, and platforms designed for hormone tracking from non-cisgender perspectives. It draws from journals, interviews, and Super 8mm portraits of five trans and nonbinary participants. The currently in-progress film will take the form of an interactive installation that uses generative code to sequence footage in real time, mirroring the non-linear rhythms of queer bodily experiences. The work relinquishes the editorial orchestration of the filmmaker and queers the process of data collection and filmmaking itself.
